Find the Airbase Make-Up item you wish to order using the search box (top right of the navigation) or by browsing The Airbase Make-Up Shop. When viewing the product click ‘Add to basket’. You will see your basket has refreshed to include your item. Add any further items in the same way and when you’ve finished shopping, click on the basket summary in the main navigation to the right.
Proceed to checkout by entering your personal details and payment information. Once you’ve completed all your details, you will be taken to an ‘Order Successful’ page which will include your Order Number and an Order Confirmation will also be emailed to you.

Standard Delivery to the UK is £3.85 inc VAT for orders under 1kg (not tracked).
Orders over 1kg are charged at £7.80 inc VAT and will take 1-3 working days to arrive (courier tracked).

Usually you will receive a dispatch notice via email when your package has left our care, this will include details to allow you to track your order if applicable.
Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, the designated courier or postal service will leave a card for you to call to make alternative arrangements or collect. If you do wish us to place a request that goods are left in a safe place on your property in your absence, or with a neighbour please note Airbase Make-Up cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to these goods.

You can, but be quick. We aim to dispatch all Airbase Make-Up orders the next working day and so we may be unable to stop it from being dispatched to you.
However, you still have a legal right to cancel your contract with us at any time within 14 days without giving reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after you receive the products. To cancel your order, you can either inform us in writing or you can call our Customer Service Team. You must also return the products to us within 14 days of receiving it and at your own cost.
You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products upon their return and inspection.
For all returns please retain your certificate of posting until you have received your refund or exchange from Airbase Make-Up. Please note that all returns are at your own expense. Airbase Make-Up will not refund the cost of return postage.
No. For hygiene reasons we can only accept unopened cosmetics in their original packaging. Except in the instances of a faulty product. If you believe your product is faulty, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team.
Please securely package the items you wish to return, include a note explaining the reason you wish to return the product and post to: Airbase Make-Up Returns, 72a Windsor Street, Beeston, Nottingham. NG9 2BW.
For all returns please retain your certificate of posting until you have received your refund or exchange from Airbase Make-Up.
Please note that all returns are at your own expense. Airbase Make-Up will not refund the cost of return postage.
We will refund you within 14 days of your receiving your returned order and we will email you when your refund has been processed. The money may take 3-6 working days to show in your account. Unfortunately these timescales are dependent on your card-issuing bank and are completely out of our control. Once we have issued the refund, there is nothing we can do to make this go back in to your account any quicker.
If you have purchased a kit, or package of goods, you must return the entire package as sold. Similarly this applies to any multi-buy discounts or promotions (except for an exchange where products are faulty/defective), alternatively Airbase Make-Up reserves the right to charge you for the goods retained by you at the full price quoted on this site.

We have training venues nationwide and are always adding to the locations we offer, please visit the bookings page for more details.
Yes. Where lunch and refreshments are provided, please ensure you notify us of any dietary requirements at least 7 days before the training course takes place. In the event you fail to notify us of dietary requirements, we may be unable to provide you with substitutions for the food and drinks available on the day.
Usually our Training Courses start at 10am and last until 4pm. Training lengths are approximate, vary from course to course due to numbers attending and are given simply as an indication of the time you will spend at the venue. Unless stated otherwise, you will be in a group with other people and there may be waiting time involved. We give itineraries as a guide only and the running order of a training may change.
A flexible booking is cancellable and refundable in full up to 48 hours before the course takes place. You can also transfer this booking to another individual (over 16 years of age) up to 24 hours before the course takes place.
A non-flexible booking is only valid for the date and venue booked and non-transferable. In the event that you are unable to attend your booked training course, the training place will no longer being valid and no refund will be given. The booking is only valid for the individual initially booked onto the course and is non-transferable.
They’re great! Because they mean you get your training for free.
Choosing a booking that is redeemable entitles you to a refund of the training fee you paid for the Airbrush Make-Up Course when you purchase a Professional Package/Kit that has training included within the price, as published on airbasemakeup.com.
The redeemable element is the ex VAT price of the training. (For clarity, a redeemable training place purchased for £100+VAT will have £100 deducted off the ex VAT price of the Professional Package). Please refer to our Conditions of Sale.
We’re afraid not. The training cannot be redeemed online, it must be redeemed with your trainer on the day of your training or if you want to invest sooner, by getting in touch and speaking to a member of the Airbase Customer Service Team. This offer cannot be redeemed online.
The redeemable offer is available until 23.59 hours on the day of your training only. After this time, the price you paid for your training can no longer be redeemed against a Professional Package/Kit and the full published price will be charged.
Yes. You can amend your booking without charge up to 24 hours after date of order. Changes must be emailed to events@airbasemakeup.com quoting your order number or invoice number and preferred new date or venue. Amends requested after this may be subject to administration fees.

Yes. Even though you have purchased your course through us, it is advisable that you bring evidence of your booking with you and present this to the trainer on the day.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your training, please bring it to the attention of your trainer at the venue as soon as possible, so that they may allay any concerns or upset. In general, we consider it unreasonable if you take no action during your training – our trainers are dedicated to the education of airbrush make-up and techniques and are always happy to assist. If your concern is not resolved on the day, please get in touch within 14 days of your training date stating; your booking reference, participant and venue details (and trainer details), and we will be happy to investigate further.
